Apartment Villa Z – 1

This stunning apartment spans on two floors – ground floor and first floor and offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat to its guests. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room/dining room area and a toilet. Guests can enjoy the covered ground floor terrace and the private pool for a maximum relaxing stay. Up the elegant internal stairs are two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, and one bathroom with toilet, equipped with a washing machine. The apartment has two private parking slots.

Apartment Villa Z – 2

This stunning apartment spans on two floors – ground floor and first floor and offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat to its guests. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room/dining room area and a toilet.

Apartment Villa Z – 3

This stunning apartment spans on two floors – ground floor and first floor and offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat to its guests. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room/dining room area and a toilet.

Apartment Villa Z – 4

Located on the whole second floor, it boast a marvelous panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony. There guests can make use of the portable grill, outside table and chairs and external shower. Inside, the apartment consists of an all-in-one living/dining area and a kitchen and three double bedrooms. The first bedroom is connected with the sea view balcony, the second one as well and is equipped with an en suite bathroom with a toilet. The third bedroom also offers en suite bathroom with a toilet but without access to the balcony. There is a separate, third bathroom where a washing machine is also available. Two parking slots are secured.

Malinska

Malinska is located on the western coast of Krk Island. Once primarily known as a safe haven for ships, it’s transformed into a sought-after tourist destination. Its biggest advantages are pristine beaches, clear waters, and rich cultural heritage. With its Mediterranean climate characterized by mild winters and warm summers, it attracts many visitors throughout the year.

It has become one of the most developed tourist resorts on the island of Krk. Located 13 km north of the town Krk, in a bay protected with trees and several beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, it offers accommodation in private homes, hotels, camps and villas with pools.

Malinska is surrounded by dense forests and olive groves, which offer a cool respite during the summer months. The region is home to a number of picturesque beaches like Rova, Vantačići, and Porat. The coastline of Malinska is dotted with intimate coves and clear waters, making it a favorite spot for swimming, diving, and other water sports.
